Made to order. The majority of Soft Leather Hard Goods are made to order. Please allow up to one week for shipment. Products that are available now can be expected to ship within three business days. Unexpected occurences may delay production so your patience is appreciated. Thank you for your support.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

First-Class. A shipment notification with tracking information will be emailed once your order is completed and processed for shipping. US Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Heavier items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail due to weight limits. International orders are shipped via USPS First-Class International Mail without tracking.

Scout Leather Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. We are also not responsible for packages held in customs on international orders. It will be the customer's responsibility to claim and recover packages from customs and paying any import taxes and fees.

If you require an expedited shipping option, please CONTACT US for more information. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At our discretion. Due to the nature of Soft Leather products, all sales are final. Hard Good products may be considered for return at our discretion. We stand behind our products and craftsmanship. For any concerns, please CONTACT US and we'll do our best to help you out.

Once in awhile we'll offer Field Test products that are in the prototyping phase. Please only purchase if you are interested in testing out something new. Because of this, Field Test products are non-refundable.
